We help patients understand their options, choose the right specialist, and move through their care pathway with confidence, all without the long waits or uncertainty that often come with traditional routes.
We are not a medical service, and we do not provide clinical advice. Instead, we focus on the coordination, organisation and support that sit around the clinical pathway. Our role is to ensure that patients are fully prepared, informed and ready before they meet their specialist.
Our purpose at Patient Solutions is simple yet hugely important, to guide, support and empower patients through every step of their healthcare journey. Too many people feel overwhelmed by long waits, unclear options and the complexity of NHS and private pathways. We created Patient Solutions to change that, making the process clearer, faster and far less stressful by providing personalised guidance, access to trusted specialists, transparent pricing and a human partner who ensures no patient is ever left to navigate the system alone.

I founded Patient Solutions because no one should have to navigate the healthcare system alone. Since working with Manx Care in 2022, I’ve seen just how overwhelming and fragmented the patient journey can be, especially for people already in pain, frightened, or unsure where to turn.
My poppa was in pain, repeatedly seeking help, but was turned away by clinicians. There was no clear diagnosis, no escalation, no urgency. I wasn’t there for most of it, I only got back at the very end. By the time pancreatic cancer was finally identified, it was too late. He was never given the chance to fight.
And that’s what stayed with me.
Not just the loss, but how unclear, fragmented, and difficult the system is to navigate when it matters most.
Since then, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again. Friends and patients going through delays, uncertainty, and not knowing where to turn. And it’s not just serious illness, it’s the everyday person living with persistent aches and pains, struggling to get the right answer, not because help isn’t available, but because they don’t know how to resolve it.
The problem isn’t always access to care; it’s access to direction.
So, I built Patient Solutions.
