Patient Solutions is a non‑clinical navigation service that helps patients access the right specialist, faster and with better preparation. We coordinate the admin, pathway planning, logistics, communication, insurance guidance and off‑island arrangements, so clinicians can focus purely on delivering clinical care.Our Clinical Network connects independent clinicians with high‑quality, motivated patients who have already been triaged, prepared and supported by our team.

Patient Solutions brings together leading consultants across key specialties to create a seamless private patient journey. Our network integrates clinical expertise with structured pathway coordination, insurance support, and thorough preparation before and after treatment. Every consultant is held to consistent standards of quality, safety and governance, ensuring a reliable and transparent experience for patients.

The network is built to maintain high standards of clinical and information governance, deliver consistent and safe pathways, align coding, billing and insurer requirements, and support measurable improvements in patient outcomes and experience. It also provides a scalable, professional, multi specialty referral ecosystem that strengthens communication between consultants and streamlines each patient's journey.

Digital Onboarding Through Pabau

All consultants complete their onboarding through Pabau, creating a unified digital workflow. This collects essential information such as identity checks, professional registration, GMC details, licences to practise, revalidation status, DBS information, safeguarding records and mandatory training completion. Consultants also outline their clinical scope, including specialties, subspecialties, areas of interest, excluded procedures, CCSD coded procedures, and supporting information like bios and website links.

Indemnity and insurance details are recorded, including malpractice cover, policy limits and dates, as well as any required public or employers' liability cover. Information governance requirements are also captured, such as the consultant's IG lead, privacy policy links, data handling processes and secure transfer preferences. Associated hospitals and clinic locations are mapped, including privileges, session times, accessibility details and diagnostic partners. Patient feedback scores are also stored to ensure consistent monitoring of quality.

Fees, Schedules and Clinical Pathways

Consultants can upload self pay fees and insured tariffs, fully aligned with all major Private Medical Insurers. Specialty specific clinical pathways and preparation packs are included, supporting clear guidance for areas such as Orthopaedics, Cardiology and other key disciplines.

Agreements and Compliance

Consultants complete a Memorandum of Understanding, Service Level Agreement and network contract, ensuring alignment on standards and expectations. The entire onboarding process is guided step by step, with document upload, validation and automated reminders to ensure full compliance and accuracy.
